About Zumo

The founding directors, Nik and Lisa Whitfield, share almost thirty years of experience working for businesses large and small, predominantly in the financial services sector. They established Zumo Ltd in May 2009 and hope it will be as successful as their careers to date. They fiercely believe that people make a business and therefore the business should reward the people.

Zumo Limited was founded by people who have a passion for business and who believe in change and innovation. The business model which supports Zumo was conceived over several years, and learns the lessons from the experience of numerous consulting firms. The philosophy behind the company incorporates several key themes, including the ideal that all contributors are rewarded; all client interaction should result in key learning; simplicity is king; personal recommendations work for a reason; business should be invigorating and enjoyable.
